Our standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday (3:30 PM on Friday). We follow the U.S. stock market holiday calendar for full-day office closures.

Most questions come down to one of these three situations:
Regular business hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Central Time).
Market holiday closures
We’re closed on full U.S. stock market holidays. Early-close days are listed, too (Central Time).
After-hours support
If you need help outside office hours, Fidelity’s service team may be able to assist.
